Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on kindlyrestored.com, a service of Wirlik LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

The service

We digitally restore photos you upload: repairing damage, improving clarity and, if you choose, adding color, creating a short animation of a photo, a short film from several photos, or a longer film in which every photo moves. We use modern image tools, including artificial intelligence, and a person reviews every result before delivery.

What to expect

Restoration means filling in details that are missing or damaged, so results are an interpretation, not a record of the original. Colors added to black and white photos are our best estimate. Animations are created for fun and remembrance and are not real footage. Results depend on the quality of the photo you send.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you upload, and that they do not contain unlawful content. We may refuse or refund any order at our discretion. You keep all rights to your photos. We use them only to complete your order, and we do not use them to advertise our service without your written permission.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 24 hours of payment by email, through a private link. Files remain available for 7 days after delivery and are then deleted permanently, together with your uploaded photos; please download them.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. One discount applies per order (a code or a special-offer link, whichever is bigger); discounts have no cash value and may end at any time.

Redo and refunds

If you are not happy with a result, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will redo it for free. If the redo is still not right, we will refund that part of your order. See our refund policy for details.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please keep your original prints: we work only with digital copies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
