Kindly Restored is operated by Wirlik LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use kindlyrestored.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• The photos you upload, and any notes you add to your order.
• Your email address and the details of your order.
• Payment details, which are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and cookies needed to keep your order in progress.
• If you arrive from an ad, marketing cookies from Meta (Facebook) that help us measure our advertising.

How we use it

• To restore your photos and deliver the results to you.
• To send you emails about your order (confirmation and delivery).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

How long we keep it

Your uploaded photos and the finished files are deleted from our servers 7 days after delivery. Photos from orders that were never paid are deleted after 48 hours. We keep order records (email, what you bought, amount paid) as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, our email provider, image processing tools used for the restoration, and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your photos or your data at any time, or ask what we hold about you, by writing to hello@kindlyrestored.com.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
